Interesting post on wellington chocolate factory. Their efforts to fairtrade to reduce carbon print is wise. I love new zealand and would love to visit this factory and enjoy the chocolates. :-)
Nooooo! I had no idea about this when we visited Welly, although I love chocolate in NZ, so I have no doubt I'd love it. Thanks for sharing. I will totally attempt to visit next time we get to Kiwiland!
As chocoholics we are always interested in learning about new places to discover chocolate. I would not have thought of New Zealand for chocolate so would want to visit the Wellington Chocolate Factory and check it out for myself. The Salted Caramel Chocolate would be my choice for sure. I find it very interesting how a chocolate factory can run on renewable energy! This is pretty awesome!
